Subj:	 Tokaimura Nuke Event: Rest of the Story

    National Security Council consultant Dr. Michael Wolf in a phone conversation today 
confirmed information from my ex-NSA source, "Jesse", that the news accounts depicting an 
"ordinary" nuclear critical reaction at the Tokaimura processing plant in Japan are 
false. Instead, these reports are cover stories for research and development 
experimentation with a mix of nuclear and extraterrestrial materials by a contractor for 
the UN Intelligence Agency.     
    And as to the failure to disclose just how dangerous the "accident" was/is, Jesse 
comments: 
    "I wonder if someone is going to blow the whistle on what was taking place there, 
and show the REAL area of containment, BIGGER THAN A STADIUM. Lotsa peoples are gonna die, 
and the fast-forward time-frame is [an] easy 50 years. I wonder just how many of our 
"black bag" boys are there, and [about] containment."
    Jesse adds, "[Your] last item was a 10-4,"
[referring to my interpretation that the Tokaimura nuke plant was working with 
extraterrestrial transuranic elements to create something beside electricity plant 
fuel rods, something highly classified and of ET-tech persuasion.]
    He went on to add: 'It strained antimatter with whatever, and was [done] on contract 
with [the] UN." 
    My response back to Jesse was: "Well, then, the UN Intelligence Agency should be more 
careful about playing Russian Roulette with ET substances of unknown properties. 
    "Some of our post-quantum physicists feel that messing around blindly with 
antimatter might lead to the creation of a black hole on Earth, not exactly an event 
of firecracker proportions.
    "Herr Edvard Teller said a while back that he wants to build an antimatter weapon 
that has a power 10,000 times that of a hydrogen bomb.
    "Oy veh!"
