My name is Richard Richardson and I have recently self published a book called 
AQUARIAN EMERGENCY.

In the book I demonstrate a new and better understanding of tectonic plate motions 
than is currently understood by the academic community. I demonstrate that past 
tectonic motions can be linked with specific astronomical phenomenon. I clearly 
demonstrate that there is a link between geomagnetic activity and astronomical events.

Among the extraordinary insights I include in AQUARIAN EMERGENCY is the coincidence 
between all nuclear accidents at nuclear facilities, involving excessive heating of 
nuclear materials, and specific astronomical events that dramatically effect the 
earth's magnetospheric body.

The ultimate focus of the book is a concern for the consequences of astronomical 
events that will occur in the year 2000 AD and bring about the geologic events that 
will herald the New Age. Because the same events that are involved with nuclear 
accidents are also coincident with major earthquakes and volcanic activity, I feel 
it is necessary to awaken the public to the awesome peril that these events will 
create with the existing stockpiles of nuclear materials at nuclear facilities as well 
as with nuclear and thermonuclear warheads. This is a very real concern.

This is a list of known nuclear accidents at nuclear facilities that have involved 
exessive heating of the nuclear reactor cores.

What this data suggests is that there are variables in the rate of decay of heavy 
metals during specific astronomical events. The implications of such an observation 
are staggering. Virtually every science of the 20th century is based on the axiom 
that nuclear decay is an unvarying constant of quantum mechanics. If astronomical 
events effect the earth's internal rate of nuclear decay, such variables would likely 
also effect the rate of decay in man made objects which contain nuclear material near 
critical mass. Such materials would likely become hot when the earth's internal activity 
was excessive.

For those who fail to grasp the importance of this situation, let me try to explain. We 
are surrounded by nuclear reactors and nuclear warheads with nuclear material near 
critical mass. In nuclear reactor facilities any increase in nuclear decay could result 
in a meltdown. In a nuclear warhead overheated nuclear pits could trigger the initiating 
explosives which cause the warheads to explode. There is, therefore, a far greater threat 
of accidental nuclear explosions during certain astronomical events than from an actual 
nuclear war. People need to understand this.
