contrails

Hello Kent, I have been reading with interest the issue of contrails in the
USA, and I came across an article reproduced in NEXUS Magazine which might
be of interest to your readers. [I have to admit I take NEXUS Magazine with
a large pinch of salt!] But this was so disturbing and FACTUAL I thought
you
must check it out.

The author of the article is a Judy Wall who is the editor /publisher of
RESONANCE a Newsletter of MENSA Bioelectromagnetics Special Interest Group.
She refers to an aerial mind control broadcast process used by the USAF
with
the intent of influencing public opinion, which uses radio-frequency
broadcasts that entrains the listeners brainwaves into a pre-selected
emotional state.
In this article she states "Instead of butchering a population physically,
we can now manipulate them mentally, virtually enslaving their thoughts
with
a CRISS-CROSS pattern of flights by an EC-130 [which is just a C - 130
heavily laden with electronic hardware]"
Perhaps there is another motive for the contrails. Regards from downunder.
