Interesting news on MSNBC

I just saw this, around 6:05 or so PST this day, on MSNBC news.

The main NBC Pentagon [Whitehouse] correspondent, Jim Miklaszewski,  
gave a report that he had heard that the NATO folks were using some new 
super secret weapon that blacked out the power grids in Belgrade, and the 
reference was that they also were perhaps destroying the programs, memory, 
communications, etc, that are associated with the Serbian air defence SAM stuff. 

There have been questions as to why those assets have not been employed so
far.Many have speculated on the various network shows this day as to a reason. 
The NBC report described above sure sounds a lot like a description of an
operational EMP weapon that may very well be employed in the Kosovo/Serbia areas
to suppress Serbian air defences.

Anyway, thought it was interesting in that it made the national news about
25 min ago, as i said, on MSNBC.
