CHINA 2007: Ground Level Awareness Part 1    PART 2

Date: February 25, 2007

Beijing, China

All those pseudonyms for Chinese mysteries in archaeology are based in much fact and some speculation. Chinese archaeologists have a good working platform for the unexplained. In this article I discuss my observations and acquired data on my current life in China and the recent visit to the country’s heartland of tombs and pyramid mounds.

Kent Steadman and I thought it appropriate to factor in current viewpoints also on the Qinghai Lake region, that opens up discussion about the lost edenic region that has noteworthy Neolithic history and presents the concerns on it’s avian wildlife sanctuary.

In my new book Oriental Purple I adhere to the facts that mysterious China is more than Marco Polo silk and Shanghai opium stories. In the example of metallurgy, it is still a mystery how China brought to the world a bona-fide process for chromium plating around 200 B.C. at the onset of the Qin Dynasty. We know that ancient Rome and the ruling elite of Africa and Russia were guests in the courts of China around this time. The use of the Chinese war chariots may also have it’s roots in history in the Old Irish legends of Cuchulainne who as a descendent of the Lugh Lamada god-line displayed extraordinary skills to design the best road-worthy chariot for battle conditions. This history emerges from around 1800 B.C. and was useful to Egyptian, Scythian and Chinese military strategy for defeating lesser enemies.

A more cryptic clue behind the chariot is the star constellation at Auriga that is steeped in the mysteries of the Rechabites who were the original pilots of the MERKAB vehicles. These spiritual warriors are the living testimony found in the Bible about such ‘ancient astronaut’ anthropologies.

From my extensive reading on Chinese astronomy, it is very conceivable that the stars gave precedence when history entered into the time of DRACO, the dragon. I think it is important to note that the original Covenant of The Sun goes back astronomically to around 18,200 BCE. Refer to the chart from my book Let the Truth be Known. Note that the rise of the Dragon tales and stories initially can be positioned around the rise of Western Civilization out of Egypt, called the Flight of Isis with an accurate calendar alignment to 3114 B.C.E. This was the time when the Northern Celestial Pole was aligned to Draco’s star Thuban and the Southern Celestial Pole at Hydrus, the Water Snake, at alpha hydrus. The Chinese culture deemed it appropriate to inherit the Sethian modus operandi tipping the scales in favor of the masculine ‘common knowledge’ rather than the Egyptian feminine diadem of “common sense’.

It is also conceivable that the Big Dipper energy of 7 stars found at the Temple of Heaven in Beijing extends the theory that the Chinese believed in the nomenclature behind star empowerment and establishing masculine cultural behavior and leadership over society.

When the Bible refers to the Dragon chasing the Goddess out of paradise, we are referring to the time called The Flight of Isis (3116 BCE). The Bigger Dipper aligns to the Polaris star in the Little Dipper as Earth's future pole star for the coming Age of Aquarius. The dominant rationale of the Early Bronze Age presented civic minded leadership with a means of acquiring truth in the name of establishing the King of Kings as Emperors. Such Kings who connected Heaven and Earth in a lexicon of names presided well below the truth of the cosmos. But when the story of pyramid mound designs are discussed in China, I found the role of geomancy and design issues part of a much greater anthology of secrets that connected the dead to the stars and the stars to their ancestors.

My story-line begins in Shaanxi Province, the heartland of China’s geo-political renovation.

When you arrive at this great hillock, you can recall Silbury Hill and similar mounds found in Ohio. When you look at the complex designs on copper and brass artifacts you can see a dusty resemblance to Mayan glyph design.

From years of research in epigraphy, I gathered enough information to know that the hyperbole of the metaphysical aspects of a culture store language in the actual design of the icons used. The spiral and the curve ‘U’ design is found throughout Chinese pottery design, more so around the Shang Dynasty that disappeared around some significant ‘earth change’ from 1300-1600 BCE, as shown by their cultic issuance of the ‘bulging-eye’ gods. This icon is found in the out-of-place stone sculptures found in Australia and is consistent with rock-art sites at Owaljina, a confirmed Aboriginal site of importance and at Tara Hill in Ireland.

In this brief, I will offer some photos and thoughts on the immense burial pits of the Qin Dynasty. Bingmayong the Han Dynasty Mausoleum replete with extensive glass-covered pits with restored artifacts. Huaqingchi, a completely renovated palace of the early Han. The Qin Shri Huang Ling Mausoleum and Huang Di Ling, are both mountain settings for China’s forefathers of the true emperors.

And lastly, Qianling Mausoleum the joint tomb of Emperor Tang Gaozong and Empress Wu Zetian (624-705 AD), the ultimate setting for the great Empress Wu, whose geomancers selected 5 square kilometers to establish the greatest resting place for the nick-named White Pyramid of China and the wicked mean-spirited Queen of the Tang Dynasty. Based on the suggested site for the “true white pyramid” discussed by Sheahan (“The Great White Pyramid itself (rather than the photograph), as described by Sheahan, remains unidentified”). I was told could be one of the larger pyramid tombs of the Far North of Shaanxi, a trip for me for the next expedition.

The Chinese government has spent heavily to honor and protect these treasures. It is set within a mausoleum of classical design to protect the sight in it’s continual stages of exploration.

On the farming plain is another treasure of Han Dynastic life. A fully restored palace: Huaqingchi. The entrance has a beautiful pool and bridge garden with extensive carved icons of turtles, pheasants (phoenixes), dragons and snakes.

The Qin ShiHuang Ling Mausoleum is the most extensive complex covering 56 kilometres, a virtual world locked away within a world. Qin Shihuang Di overtook all opposition to include his own Empress and began building his 180 metre high mountain mausoleum. My arrival there in the fog gave me the impression that this Emperor was well connected. The photo sketch shows the cut-away design required to achieve a heaven-on-earth ground plan. This Emperor did away with dozens of family members as well at the time of his death and interred them in their own pits nearby. Over 100,000 artifacts have been recovered of this imposing organizer who brought one currency, one language, one government plan to China, the known land of Qin.

Tang Dynasty history offers the archaeology of Qianling Mausoleum. The late winter setting reveals the white granite that covers the upper portion of the ‘touched-up’ mountain paradise for Empress Wu. The overall topography reveals a woman lying on her back looking up at the heavens in 705 A.D. We were offered 2 strong small horses to carry us to the top. The vistas revealed farmlands reaching out to the horizon and I thought of the view at Glastonbury Tor in England for comparison.

The tour that I am offering Westerners takes about 4 days out of a China visit; something to consider when planning your 2008 Olympic visit to China. The Huang Di Ling Mausoleum concluded our stay in Xian.

In a deep forested 1800 metre high mountain setting, stone pathways and steles honored China’s mythical heroic emperor.

The stone mausoleum at the base of the mountain is a fairy-tale structure that revels in architectural extremes of the modern. From the highest point viewing tower, you see a moderate sized industrial town protected under the dragon powers of the man and his people which mirrored the heavens at the time of the new calendar in 3116 BCE

In fact the greatest mystery, that endures in my research agenda is revealing the true identity of what were called the Spyscouts of ancient China. A topic that leads the story line of my current book. A clue is given in a photo that I took at the Baoling Forest of Stone Steles in Xian before I left for Beijing. The mythical folk stories were aspects of secrets held in the court of the Emperor’s magicians.

The Qinghai Lake region of northwestern China borders Tibet and could be considered a lost or forgotten world within a world. A regional song inspired the greatest ethnomusicologist of China Wang Lo Bing to capture the essence of the divine feminine there in his song Fairy Land with a Fairy Girl. It is said that this girl appeared from nowhere and he was so inspired by her beauty and mysterious smile that he wrote a song that is actually quite mesmerizing to hear for the first time. Wang Lo Bing went on to write over 900 songs capturing the local flavor and archived the local music as well.

Qinghai Lake has the largest salt lake in the world. It’s location is a survival point for Large bird populations on their migrations. Deer , and sheep craze together in great meadows of flowers that give off an extraordinary sweetness. Horse back riders on rugged smallish horses reveal the blaze of regional costume design that features, blue, white, red and black colors. It is the epitome of a Chinese Home on the Range. The Kunlun mountains place all this in a high altitude setting between 3000 and 5000 feet above sea level. Qinghai Lake region is home to Neolithic archaeology. Scientists still speculate on the findings of iron pipes that they say could be made naturally through erosion of iron and lake salts.

Recent reports about the outbreak of H5n1 at Qinghai Lake have been confirmed by the Chinese Agricultural Department. It is localized amongst migratory birds specifically the bar-headed geese population. The count has been determined to be close to 1000 birds with no human illness reported in the region at this time.
