for those following this thread...i'm sorry i have not updated earlier....been very busy...

ok...

i spoke with senator murray's office yesterday evening...1/13...her communication's director called me after i had left a message for him earlier in the day...his name is todd webster, ftr...

here is senator murray's site...
http://www.senate.gov/~murray/

i will try to give a paraphrased version of our conversation...it was pretty interesting for me...although i have contacted government officials many times in the past, this was the first time i had something to tell them that they had no idea about...and for once i wasn't bitching at them...just informing and discussing this particular situation...

it may be kinda long, cause i want to get all the details down...

it went like this...

we introduced ourselves and he asked me basically who i was and why would i want to talk to the senator about a plane crash in north carolina...

i told him i was just a concerned citizen who spotted something that i thought deserved discussion...he said fair enough...

i asked him if he had heard of the u.s. air flight that had crashed in n.c....he had done a little homework before he called me bacause he knew at least the major points about the crash...21 people...flight 5481...etc...

then i said, 'did you know there were 3 execs from w.r. grace on that plane???'

he about choked...his voice and tone changed immediately...

he said, 'you've gotta be kidding me' and told me to go on...

i told him to wait until i told him who they were and what their positions were...

i did so and he said, 'how the hell do you know this???'  heh...

anyway, we talked for about half an hour and discussed w.r. grace's history...he was familiar with their recent past, due to his work with the senator on the vermiculite/asbestos problems in libby, but he was unaware of their nazi ties and roots in south america...not to mention the k.o.m. stuff...he acknowledged that they had a high level of 'exposure' due to the asbestos problems.

he also knew that grace had somehow convinced the epa not to go thru with their planned announcements which would have been the first time ever that a public health emergency had been declared such as this...in addition, w.r. grace's estimated domestic, residential exposure is $10 billion alone...

my personal opinion is that c.t. whitman never wanted to go thru with it anyway...she was just playin' along...

we then talked a little about wellstone and the wtc...this is when he began to get a little...uh...uncomfortable...

he said, 'so let me get this right...are you saying that foul play was involved in this plane crash?'

i said, 'i'm saying i'd like to see a serious investigation...not the standard ntsb whitewash.'

he said, 'well it looks like it was just the tail rudder...'

i said, 'did you know that they are moving the investigation to washington (dc)???' http://www.charlotte.com/mld/charlotte/news/breaking_news/4931806.htm

'and that the fbi was on scene before the ntsb as reported by fox news and msnbc???'

'do you know there are often radar anomalies that coincide with these accidents???'

he said no to all...

he then said, 'so what's next?'

i said, 'you tell me...you guys have the resources...not me...can't the senator use some stroke and get someone to at least look into it...someone she trusts...to see if it merits further investigation???' 'i mean come on...you've got to admit with just the little i've told you tonight, it's darned suspicious...and i've got loads more...'

he basically said no...we cannot do that...you will have to keep investigating yourself...but please call me back if you get any further information...

he then asked me if i knew of andrew schneider...schneider is a reporter for the st. louis post dispatch newspaper...he has done some pretty good work on the asbestos issues...
http://www.stltoday.com/stltoday/news/stories.nsf/news/C8D1C5254628EAFA86256CAD007571E5?OpenDocument&highlight=2%2Cschneider&headline=Editorials

i told him yea i was familiar with schneider's work...he hinted around that i might get in touch with mr. schneider, which i fully intend to do...

so anyway, that's about it...

i told him that i appreciated his time and he said the same...i got his word that he would get this information to the senator...he was typing the entire time we were talking...i can only imagine taking notes...

i then said...'oh yea, one more thing...(pulling my columbo routine...) you know there was another plane crash in peru the following morning right??? he said, 'no, i didnt know that'...

i said, 'yea...ya know w.r grace was founded in peru in 1854, right???'

he said, 'goodnight mr. hagan'...

i said goodnight...

he was friendly and professional throughout our entire conversation...

i have received so much mail regarding these incidents and their possible relationships i am literally wading thru it...some gems in here tho...just need some time to sift thru it...

in the meantime, i also i finally found the peruvian flight 222 pax list...

any assistance sleuthin' it out would be appreciated...

one last thing...this may be a cultural thing but i found it curious that the passenger list above was published before the plane was located...

i'll post some more when it makes sense and i'll get this stuff to orbit so kent can continue to have his patrons help too...

take care you guys...
