Pelosi:
If there was a
federal virus program that preceded HIV/AIDS, should that program be reviewed?
I write today
on behalf of the four million people (voices) who now have possession of
the 1971 "research logic" flowchart of the U.S. Special Virus program. The
1971 blueprint confirms HIV/AIDS is not from nature, nor was it any accident.
The 1971 flowchart
is irrefutable evidence of the 'design', 'purpose' and 'intent' of the United
States to seek to make a "contagious cancer" that "selectively kills". The
1971 flowchart is first located at page 61 of progress report # 8 of the
U.S. Special Virus program. The preceding sixty pages answer nearly every
question as to why we have HIV/AIDS. For the record Madam Speaker, there
are fifteen progress reports representing each year of the federal virus
program (1962
–1978).
Any cursory review of the
U.S.
Special Virus program will solve and end HIV/AIDS. Specifically, the 1971
flowchart reveals experiments were conducted in Phase IV-A, prior to the
release of HIV/AIDS in Phase V,
that appear to inhibit and control
HIV/AIDS. The "decision points" of the program confirm this conclusion.
Thus, if the U.S.
Congress is truly interested in solving HIV/AIDS, it will be your leadership
that will allow for the global review of the U.S. Special Virus program and
the implementation of the "clinical trials" of the
U.S.
patented CURE for AIDS.
Since your election
as Speaker, we have been providing your staff the
U.S.
documentation. We believe this Congress has an obligation to the American
people and the people of the world to clean the HIV/AIDS swamp!
This is further underscored when
you consider part of HIV/AIDS DNA sequences are from an Icelandic sheep disease,
“visnaâ€. (In essence, HIV/AIDS evolved
from sheep, not monkeys).
In the 1971 progress
report (#8), the United
States concedes that visna had not
YET
been associated with human disease. See page 39. However, on July 18, 1983,
Dr. Matthew Gonda provided Dr. Robert Gallo and the U.S. AIDS Task Force
with the electron microscope proof that HIV had evolved from visna. See also,

In that the particular
strain of visna is from 1932 (strain ks-1514), one can only assume the
United
States and others have systemically worked
to develop HIV/AIDS throughout the 20th Century!
The
United
States can not show any natural cross species
transfer of visna into the human genome.
According to (Ret.)
Col. Jack Kingston, former
Chairman of the National Security Advisory Panel, the
U.S.
laboratory birth of HIV/AIDS is the last great remaining secret of the
20th Century.
Again, when you
review the May 1946 Appropriations, you find that the development of HIV/AIDS
is akin to a second "Manhattan Project". See, "Better Than the Bomb", TIME
Magazine, June 3, 1946.
Equally true,
Madam Speaker is that the United
States
(University
of Texas) developed
the HIV/AIDS vaccine in 1972 and the AIDS CURE was patented in 1997.

Madam Speaker,
on behalf of the four million people who have the 1971 AIDS development
blueprint, we call upon the U.S. Congress to provide leadership with nobility
as we enter the darkest days of our democracy to strengthen our Constitution
and our resolve for firm and supportive homeland
security.
Four million people already know the truth about the U.S. AIDS weapon
for population control. Isn't it time for Congress to review the flowchart
and the fifteen year federal virus development program that preceded
HIV/AIDS?
