Dakota Radar Pulses--Effects on Area Residents, etc.
Received from Ron Hannivig, who has questioned whether the unusual,
potentially mind/mood-altering EM/RF transmissions in the Pine Ridge
area showing up on doppler radar may originate from Ellsworth AFB. Ron
also has an idea the same or similar EM/RF transmissions from Ellsworth
may have been a factor in the rash of suicides among Pierre, South
Dakota high school students some years ago.

Liz, CC: John,
>>> Rapid City, North Dakota? How familiar do you say you are with
the
region? <<<
Yes ... I was quite embarrassed by this very dumb mistake - and quickly
shared my serious error with John (Quinn) at:
the following "Forwarded Messages".
But first, please allow me to ask how familiar you might be with this
region - given the fact that if my memory serves me correctly, the capitol
of SOUTH Dakota drew national attention some years ago because the Pierre,
SD public school system had an overwhelming number, per population, of
suicides among its students.
This was one of those stories that had attracted national attention - and
then, quickly forgotten about. I spent only an evening in Pierre, SOUTH
Dakota in late 1959 ... but I was 18-years old back then, and mixed with
the local teenagers (non-Indian) at what seemed to be their only hangout
in
the small town. Therefore, when the story broke about the high incidents
of suicides amongst the town's young, the frightening story apparently
remained in my memory.
My point here would be: This high rate of suicide amongst the young in
Pierre, SD occurred years before the outbreaks of school shootings,
etc..
In this given instance, the capitol, Pierre - which I believe is the most
isolated capitol city in the lower-48 (relative to access to an
Interstate), is well within the range of Ellsworth AFB pulses.
Therefore, my concern here would be obvious ... to wit:
¿How long has Ellsworth AFB been firing off these pulses - and had
such
firings seriously affected the psyche (as in self-destructive tendencies)
of the teenagers living in and around the population center of Pierre,
SOUTH Dakota?

RE: Copy of: Pine Ridge Radar Pulses--Ellsworth AFB Said Likely Source
John,
Thanks for the posting regarding this matter - but I really screwed up when
I got the Dakotas mixed up ... i.e.,
east of Rapid City, North Dakota >, etc.. Of course, it's in SOUTH
Dakota.
I guess this is why writers and reporters have proofreaders and editors.

I did the same damn thing with the Payne Stewart jet crash. I said he
went down in N. Dakota but it was South. OR the other way around!! Oh
well... I never noticed the glitch in yours.
