Unexpected Magnetic Disturbance 9.18.98 1600 UTC

This morning [Sept. 18, 1998] at between 1200 UTC and 1500 UTC [8am-11am EDT], a strong magnetic disturbance interacted with our magnetosphere. The electron levels went into a state of heavy flux, GOES magnetometer readings went into heavy flux, and planetary magnetism readings suddenly rose to moderate-major storm level readings... with red bar readings of "6" reported for the 3-hour averaged period.

The SEC's official forecast for today was for unsettled to slightly active magnetic field conditions, certainly nothing of this strength was expected. The most likely cause of this disturbance, according to recent solar observations, would be that one of the disappearing solar filaments observed on September 11-13 is interacting with the magnetosphere. In addition there is a favorably positioned northern polar coronal hole on the Sun, which has the potential to enhance activity. data charts

IS HAARP ACTIVE?

To further the scientific capabilities and usefulness of the IRI and ISR, HAARP is supporting the design and installation of the latest in modern geophysical research instruments, including an HF ionosonde, ELF and VLF receivers, magnetometers, rio-meters, a LIDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) and optical and infrared spectro-meters and cameras which will be used to observe the complex natural variations of Alaska's ionosphere as well as to detect artificial effects produced by the IRI.

Schedule: Through Tuesday, September 8, 1998: the new ionosonde is currently being installed.

Been reading the article on HAARP at the Orbit site. I do not know why it did not occur to me when the tidal wave hit New Guinea, but there is a facility like H AARP at Silver Springs, Australia. I know this for a fact.

An immediate family of mine until very recently worked for one very well known department of our government. One which has been highly linked with mind control.

She has been at this site in Australia. The people operating it there were concerned about the effects of it on their health. They were experiencing a higher than average number of malignant tumors and believed it to be coming from these transmitters.

A more potent RF weapon currently under development is the high powered very low frequency (VLF) modulator. Working in the 20-35 KHz spectrum, the frequency emits from a 1-2 meter antenna dish to form into a type of acoustic bullet. The weapon is especially convenient because the power level is easily adjustable. At its low setting, the acoustic bullet causes physical discomfort -- enough to deter most approaching threats. Incrementally increasing the power nets an effect of nausea, vomiting and abdominal pains.
