I did a test... as you no doubt have just picked up on...to see if I can
once again get through to you. On Tuesday, I composed a mail to you, but was
prevented from sending it to you. 15 addresses wouldn't help, if I'm unable
to send anything from here.

First, about all this election business that's going on. I'm thinking it's a
good thing to be happening to us. I'm beginning to think that this is
opening the door to all the ingrained corruption, within the system, that's
been able to hide behind veneers of respectability. It doesn't bother me one
whit to see things in an uproar. They've been long overdue to come out. And,
hopefully, this may be just the catalyst for the beginning of the cleansing
and removal of the cancer inherent within our governmental infrastructure...
from the local level up to the Federal level.

In the last mail to you, that you should have, I told you a little more
about myself. Let me deegress somewhat and explain more about Santa Monica
and what's been going on here. As I've said before, geographically, Santa
Monica is just one of about 85 incorporated cities within L.A. county. If
you put L.A. county with Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino, San Diego and
Riverside counties, youve got an enormous area. There's something like 1000
miles of freeways in Southern California, if you were to put the freeway
system end to end. There are many people who were born here and spent their
entire lives in just on part of Southern California, without ever going to
all of the areas of it. Santa Monica is just a very small part of it all,
but the MAJOR part of everything... worldwide.

There are people here from every part of Terra, having brought their
personal practices and beliefs with them. There are also those of alien
sensibilities... Draco and Federation... here too. It's been said that
California has become the center of black magical practices, when placed on
a worldwide scale. With Santa Monica being the center of it all. You name
it, it's all here... Wicca, satanism, all forms of the black magical arts,
Voudoun, the Black Mass and of course, the alien factor.

How can any of this become effective with people, to where they can be
placed under this negative power? Whether it be satanic/demonic possession,
'Project M-K Delta/Ultra', or anything else along these lines? Very simple.
All of us... you, me, anyone from any other star system, or whatever, are
interdimensional beings. I've mentioned that before, I believe. And this is
the reason for any of it to exist in the first place.

And the simple, basic answer to RVERYTHING negative is that satan wants to
return to Paradise, to avenge his being defeated during the war that they
had, when he was known as Lucifer. He's never accepted his defeat and still
thinks of himself as Lucifer... a god that demands being worshipped. He
truly believes that he's the rightful heir to the Throne, the one who should
be the supreme ruler... but never the Supreme Creator. Now, I can imagine
that I must sound like I've gone and gotten religion, huh?

All my life, I've had a deep belief in an ultimate creator, even though I've
never really embraced any religion. I was raised a Methodist... the Midwest
is a bastion of Methodism... but I became turned off to the hypocrasy that I
saw there, and stopped going to church when I was 13. And I haven't
regretted my decision since then. Rather than adhering to any religion, I've
become philosophical... I've come to adhere my life entirely to the
teachings of Lao Tsu and the Tao Te Ching. I never discuss any religious
beliefs with anyone, since I believe them to be a deeply held belief with
everyone. I get very uncomfortable with that line of conversation... with
anyone. I never degrade anyone's belief system, I just would prefer to not
hear of it.

In order to understan what I do understand... and I think you sense that I
might know a few things... I've adhered to the prinicples of creativity and
psychology. Plus a tad Theoretical Physics thrown in. Time's up, tomorrow.

Hi Joni

Before I begin, I'm picking up on something going on down in your part of
the world. I'm not too sure, but I tend to think that it's got something to
do with some votes, or something. Not sure, so don't quote me.

Since I had some things to do on my bulging inbox and had to zip out a mail
to my sister, I'm going to cut to the quick here and pick up on this
tomorrow. Here's the deal about Santa Monica. Due to the way that this area
is set up, Santa Monica has become the center of everything negative. But
yet, to look the town over is to see a pretty little town... a town that has
everything going for it. A growing number of entetainment firms and studios,
plus a fairly large creative community is here. There are opeople from all
over the world here, having... some of them... brought their negative
practices with them. There are witches of every color here, devil
worshippers, negative and positive ETs, thousands... or at least they
were... clones here. At one time, there were 1000s of demonic possession
people here. Take all of this together and this helped contributew to a very
powerful negative 'power' controlling Santa Monica. And to a lesser extent,
the rest of Southern California and California. And then the rest of this
world.

Being that I'm an abductee, I have an implant in me. I've been 'beeped'
hundreds of times. Just like all of these... whatever you wish to call these
people... people, who are under total control. And hence the rest of the
town and everywhere else. Control affects the nonmaterial side of us, not
our material side. As I've said, we're all interdimensional beings. No
matter where we're from and whether or not we possess an internal soul
matrix. Much has gone down, in an effort to break this 'power', but no one
here has wanted to even notice. They would suddenly go deaf, blind and
mute... even though I consistently called out to them, to listen to me.
Whenever I'd try to get through to them, the cold shoulder would be shown
me. There's a lot of murdered people, who would be alive today, if I had a
forum. This is why I've been mailing you and anyone else. I've been trying
to get the truth out... that our freedoms are at stake.

Never mind how things APPEAR to be, I'm coming from the inside... where the
action is. Your life and the lives of evceryone else are on the line. And
I'm being prevented from getting this out. There are many, many people who
have been conned into believing that Lucifer... they don't recognize the
name satan, because satan goes by the name Lucifer... that he's their
salvation. That if they help him gain control over this world, then it'll
become a second coming of Paradise. Which is just satan's way of coercing
them into his control of them.

Hi Joni

I've been getting so much mail lately, that my provider's getting a little
picqued at me. Can't blame 'em, since there's only so much bandwidth
available to everyone. A lot of it's been good stuff, though.

Good, some action's going to be taken. I'm at the Santa Monica Main Library,
across from the YMCA and am in here every day. To tell if I'm here, have
them look at a tree next to on of the large book return things. If there's a
cart, loaded with things, then I'm here. I have on a black jacket, with old
flopping-around pants on. I usually try to stay to myself, so I'll be
sitting at one of the individual desks, not one of the tables. Should they
enter this building, then the section that I'm usually in is to the left of
the Reference desk... as you look at it. If they decide to approach me, then
just give my name to the people behind the desk. And nothing else. And
remind them to not trust anyone. But no one. I know this town, I truly do.

As for the voting thing going on in your neck of the woods. It's imperative
that George W. Bush NOT win this election. I've got too much information on
what he represents. He, himself, may be okay, but it's the gnomes who're
pulling the strings. I just mailed my sister, so I'll repeat what I
mentioned to her.

I grew up Republican, when the Republican party stood for something, not
what it's come to stand for now. I've been putting a lot of satan into my
mails to you lately... probably giving you the impression that I'm some
religious fanatic. But everything that I've ever mentioned to you, I've done
with a clinical p.o.v.. Nothing more and nothing less. I may have been
raised a Methodist, but I stopped going to church when I turned 13. I
couldn't stand the hypocrisy of it all. It's been a long, hard road that
I've travelled, to be able to avail you and anyone else of what I impart to
you all. And I do it in the spirit of total objectivity. I was brought into
all of this over 12 years ago and have learned the one thing that's bringing
it all down. Knowledge.

I had a whole bunch of inbox cleaning to do and a mail to my sister... which

About your mentioning that the ones you're thinking of will have to make an
appointment. Uh-uh... not a good idea. In the last mail, I mentioned looking
for my cart. If it's not in front of the tree next to one of the book return
things, then I'm not here. Once in Santa Monica, they can take two major
streets... Santa Monica Blvd and Wilshire Blvd, west towards the beach. This
building is at 6th St. and Santa Monica Blvd... two blocks south of
Wilshire. Whatever they do, they shouldn't let on that they're coming. I've
noticed the other side is gearing up, waiting for them to arrive. The hours
that this place is open are as follows: Monday through Thursday - 10 am to 9
pm. Fridays and Saturdays - 10 am to 5:30 pm. And Sunday - 1 pm to 5 pm.
They're adding an addition onto the YMCA, across the street and all they
have to look for is the steel skeleton that's been raised.

They should be advised that even though Santa Monica is a beautiful and
bucolic town, it's a deadly town. I should know, since I've been working
within the heart of it for over 12 years. Should we meet and terminate our
meeting, my suggestion is that they leave here immediately and not make
contact with any strangers. I'm getting the impression that the other side
already knows that contact with me is desirable. I've survived this gig long
enough, because I've come to understand the territory. This place will
absolutley fool you, if you go by outward appearances of it. Don't even mail
anything about them, since your mail can be pickup up... really. Whomever
they are, they should just come in here as if they're going to use this
library. Like I said, I'll be in a black jacket and toss-around pants... at
one of the desks. Not any of the tables.

Much of what I've learned over the years here, I'm unable to describe and
nothing concrete to prove. I've mentioned the computer printout collection
that I've amassed and I wish that all of the information contained in all of
my printouts were incorrect and wrong. Not only do they seem to compliment
each other, they're also standing the test of time. I get a lot of pro-Bush
stuff in my inbox and am amazed that these people don't seem to understand.
Even though I voted for Gore, it doesn't mean that I like him. I have too
much information to show that it's not the one whom we elect that'll bring
us down or give us the freedom... and freedom is such an elusive thing...
that we deserve. Rather it all depends on the inner circle... call them
gnomes, if one wishes... to carry out the desires. Be they negative or
positive. The Republican party has aligned themselves with a very subtle,
very dangerous faction. I have printout after printout attesting to this. I,
again, wish that I were way off-base on this, but I just don't see anything
to change my views on this. The true enemy isn't something that one can hold
like a sandwich. The true war has been one of mass infiltration and
psychology.

I may come off sounding like some religious fundamentalist, when I go on
about satan/Lucifer. I've come to view all of this from the psychological
p.o.v.. Why are things the way they are? Why do people do the things they
do? What entices people to be the way they are. Think back a lot of mailings
ago. Remember my telling you that in order to understand what's REALLY going
on, you've got to look at the psychological aspects of it all. In addition
to the religious and UFO aspects? And it takes much, much research...
textual, computer keyword searchings, and day-to-day experiences. And always
never accepting anything at face value. After all, that's what they want us
to be doing.

In closing this mail, go by what I said at the beginning of this one. Come
unannounced and leave unannounced. And trust absolutley no one. And they'll
get out of here alive. The other side now knows about their wanting to come
here. Not to mention just WHO they are.

Before I begin, I quickly scanned your latest mail to me and you were
wondering about satan. This is what I've learned through personal
experiences and using basic principles of psychology. Let me give you an
example of where I've been coming from all of these years. The western half
of North America consists of endless series of valleys... with California no
exception. L.A. county consists of valleys, canyons and the basin. Actually,
L.A. proper is built upon a desert. Remember the movie "Chinatown", a
fictional account of the Owens Valley water pipeline coming into L.A.? In
addition to L.A. itself, there's also the San Fernando and San Gabriel
Valleys. We usually refer to the SFV as just 'The Valley'. Last year, some
guy was taking his garbage out, over in... I believe... Encino, when two pit
bulls charged him. He survived the attack. But, there was the media, police
and columns written about this guy that survived attacks by two pit bulls.

But yet, I've been involved... directly and at the possible loss of my life,
not to mention soul... in this business for over 12 years. And yet, no one
outside of here is aware of what's been going on here. I noticed that you
mentioned that someone changed their mind about coming here. That's fine
with me, since there's nothing that they could do. I know how to handle it
and that's what I've been doing for a very long time. Just remember this, I
know the territory. Don't worry, I don't intend to bury myself here for the
rest of my life.

Before I begin what I was going to write to you, I'll give you my take on
satan and what I've come to understand what satan is. The best definition
that I can apply to satan is that it's energy... energy that can reason.
Maybe, just maybe, the reason that whomever it is that was on her way here
and changed her mind, is because she was induced to change her mind.
Remember when I mentioned that the other side is on to all of you? To be
honest about it, I didn't put any faith in anyone coming here, actually. And
how does this 'power' manage to affect all of us?

Remember my mentioning that I wasn't all that concerned about what was going
on, over in the West Bank. That's because I know that it's satan who's been
stirring up everything over there. And this is why I'm being kept quiet and
under the rug here. I'm not about to go on an ego trip here, Joni, when I
say what I'm going to say. I'm the most powerful person on the face of this
Earth. And why am I? Quite simply, I have extensive knowledge that will
bring satan to his knees and a voice in which to impart this knowledge to my
fellow humans. It's just that simple and satan knows it.

Haven't I mentioned several times that the Draconian Empire shouldn't be
feared? That's because without the power of their father Lucifer (satan)
they're no different from you and me. I'll be getting into that beginning
with this posting. Everything negative has been the result of satan's
interfering in the affairs of every universal society. Including the
Draconian Empire. He owns the Dracos, lock, stock and barrel. His m.o. is to
induce one side to bring misery upon the other side... even one on one
interactions... in order to install dissention. With the final goal... after
involved every civilization, Universally, in total destruction. Then he
returns to Paradise and becomes the supreme ruler. But only in his mind and
dreams will this scenario take place. And that, dear Joni, is why I'm here
in Santa Monica and WHY our Creator has endowed me with Divine Protection.
So that the time... and it's getting closer and closer... will come that
satan will be defeated. I'm immune to demonic interference. But I could fail
and come under this 'power' should I weaken and accept being here. For over
12 years I've rejected being here and have gone my separate ways. This way I
stay safe, so that this business can be terminated. So, I'm not too worried
if everyone chooses to remain where they are. And now for what I was going

transfer them to computer. There's going to be a lot of dupes, so keep what
you want and discard what you don't want. I'm treating this like this is the

CIA/NSA

1. With the exception of the U.S. Secret Service, apparently the only
intelligence functions, prior to WWII, were carried out by the various
branches of our armed forces.

2. The OSS (Office of Strategic Services) was founded by Lt. Gen. 'Wild'
Bill Donovan, during the beginnings of our involvement in Europe, during the
early stages of WWII. It's purpose was infiltration, sabotage and
clandestine activities. It's been rumored that the OSS formed an alliance
with the Mafia, during the operations in Southern Italy.
