HAARP,
LAST TSUNAMI & THE FUTURE OF
CALIFORNIA'S QUAKE
In
April 1997, Secretary of Defence William Cohen was quoted saying at counter
terrorism conference:
"Others
are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the
climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of
electromagnetic waves."
Having HAARP under construction he knew exactly what he was
talking about.
Cohen
knew that HAARP will be able to transfer energy from one point
in space to another simply changing local entropy levels, or, as some like
to say, by using interference of scalar waves, without the use of any kind
of duct.
HAARP may
take energy from Earth's magnetosphere, or it's core and transfer it
to one point in Earth's crust. If this point is already heavyly stressed,
as is the case with contacting surfaces between tectonic plates, then
the influx of energy can trigger it's sudden collapse which generates
sudden plate movement or earthquake.
Meanwhile
HAARP became fully operational, as well as some of it's newer, mobile
versions.
On
December
17,
2004,
President Bush issued executive order that gives universal control over the
world's oceans to the US, for security or development purposes.
Nine
days after this order was issued, a cataclysmic tectonic event occurred in
the region of Aceh, Indonesia, at the eastern edge of the Pacific Tectonic
Plate. Earthquake was followed by four tsunami waves.
USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) Carrier Strike Group
(CSG) began providing logistical support Jan. 1 to disaster victims in the
Indonesian province of Aceh for the first time since earthquakes and tsunamis
ravaged Southern Asia Dec. 26.
The Los Angeles class submarine USS San Francisco
(SSN 711) ran aground while conducting submerged operations approximately
350 miles south of the island of Guam. Navy reports that this incident
has occurred on Jan. 7 at approximately 4 p.m., Hawaii Standard Time.
In

So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding
ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations... It's real, and
that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts."
California'
San Andreas fault line is on the opposite border of the Pacific Tectonic
Plate. Released energy has relieved the pressure on the opposite side
of the same tectonic plate, making the earthquake of similar magnitude in
California less probable then before.
Now the level of the water in this well is below
normal meaning that the tectonic plate is less stressed then before the
quake.
California is between this well and Indomesia.
