He is a public Seer of the Mother of God through Apparitions near Nowra, New South Wales, Australia and the Founder of the Order of Saint Charbel. He has a very special spiritual bond with Pope John Paul II and, as was prophesied to him, the last Pope to be, Peter II.

he lists some very singular data, contained in apparitions from 1985 to 1999, which show current comet's 76P/ West Kohoutek-Ikemura - Mars - Earth event dynamics. He testifies that the 76P shall triggered off the Warning by passing between the Moon and the Earth and causing huge CME ejections in Earth direction, and that the comet, which will hit the Earth later on, is called Wormwood.
As for timeline, Scallion wrote in 1990 that it takes 3 months for Phobos (76P) to arrive to Earth, which correlates with Nostrodamus apparition of the King of Teror in the September 2000 prophecy well. Garabandal prophecy says that the final event shall happen inside a year from the Warning. Eskimo women prophecy clearly states that the impact event is due in Winter.
