ADDED: Thanks for your comments, suggestions and help.  I have been doing applications of herbs and natural healing, but so far nothing seems to fix the breathing problem.  Trouble is I'm not sure what is causing it all, lungs, heart, infection [Congestive Heart Failure]? Therefore I will go to the lab stress tests Wednesday morning at Seattle Swedish Hospital [Seattle Heart Clinic] where the cost is much better.  I'll let you know what I find out as well as open up here some of your comments which might be of benefit to others.

ADDED: Went to the Seattle Cardiovascular Center for tests.  Tomorrow have to go see affiliated heart Doc. Hope he ain't heartless.

ADDED: I'm now a bonafide heart patient.  Not all bad as my Specialist Doc remindes me of Master Yoda! I'll see what happens next.  Might have to do some inpatient time next week.

UPDATE [3/17/08]: Just spent a week in Providence [Swedish] Hospital Cardiac Unit to ongoing treat Congestive heart failure.  Basically about 40 lbs of water was removed from my body.  Good news I can now breathe.  Bad news I still have a Tweety-bird heart.  Anyway back for now ready to rumble.

One of three things motivated Maliki in not informing the coalition before attacking Basra:

1. He thinks that there is an intelligence link in the coalition which would blow the operation (not likely and the probability of a leak in his own government is far more likely).

2. He thinks that the coalition would not approve of the operation as being an internecine quarrel with his political rivals, so he just committed his forces on the (apparently correct) assessment that the coalition would be obliged to back his play to bolster the notion that the Iraqi government is taking on military responsibility; i.e., they cannot afford to let it fail, regardless of what they would have done if they'd had a say in its initiation.

3. He just overlooked doing so (not likely) or wants to demonstrate his independence from the coalition (somewhat more likely).

In any case, we're moving to support his move now that it's in trouble. Bad for us, as usual.
