ADIOS TO EARTH'S SECOND MOON: ANOTHER PIECE TO THE PECULIAR PUZZLE
CO-RESEARCHER FROM GREATDREAMS.COM |
Dee777: got a minute?
BARDSQUILL: Yeeeeup
Dee777: I was just wathcing an animated film of an asteroid that's been going
around earth for the last year - linked from one of your pages ....
Dee777: what makes it leave earth's orbit? how can they be sure its going
to
Dee777:
http://neo.jpl.nasa.gov/j002e3/j002e3d.gif
BARDSQUILL: lookin
BARDSQUILL: wow, that is wayyy cool
Dee777: it almost hits the moon several times
Dee777: they end this gif at June 17
BARDSQUILL: gulp
BARDSQUILL: does that mean we gonna get squashed on june 17?
Dee777: see how close it gets? then all of a sudden they show that
it leaves earth orbit
Dee777: in the beginning, it looks like earth's gravity captures it... then
why would it leave after a year of going around earth numerous
times?
Dee777: it almost hits the moon
BARDSQUILL: no text anywhere about the animation?
Dee777: yeah - hang on
Dee777: J002E3
Animations
Dee777: you have a link to this page
Dee777: ORBIT
SPECIAL: the winged Ra and other awesome events
BARDSQUILL: I do? gollyyyy!
Dee777: yup
Dee777: that's how I found it
BARDSQUILL: good goin, me
Dee777: I keep dreaming about Ursa Major and I was trying to find out why
- and your page pointed to this
BARDSQUILL: well animo doesn't make any freakin sense, there it goes
round n' round then suddenly decides to buzz off
Dee777: I know - thats what is bothering me - why does it leave once its
captured - that dosn't make sense
BARDSQUILL: well, gosh, guess we could ask around, I've got no explanation
Dee777: yeah - gonna ask around myself
Dee777: maybe some astronomers in the list
BARDSQUILL: Have you done a query page on it, if so I'll link
Dee777: no - I'm doing another page on
ursa
major
Dee777: it just won't leave me alone - I keep thinking there is something
going on I can't figure out
BARDSQUILL: nuther guy in LA been takin some weird photos near the
moon.
BLACK MOON SAUCER
AND BLACK HELICOPTER
BARDSQUILL: bunch of really weird stuff
BARDSQUILL: guess it is significant because the boys over at lunar
anomalies jumped on the images and are most interested
Dee777: really - hmmmm
BARDSQUILL: Ohhh, here we go, mainstream

Science/Nature | New 'moon' found around Earth
An amateur astronomer may have found another moon
of the Earth. Experts say it may have only just arrived. Much uncertainty
surrounds the mysterious object, designated J002E3. It could be a passing
chunk of rock captured by the Earth's gravity, or it could be a discarded
rocket casing coming back to our region of space. --Dr
David Whitehouse
Dee777:
looking
Dee777: that's it - same number!
Dee777: this article doesn't say its leaving
BARDSQUILL: i know, durned interesting, thinkin here [it hurts, heh]
back awhile ago we saw something whizzing by on SOHO, thought at first it
was anothe kamakazee torpedo into the sun, but then it flew on by, didn't
know what the hell it was so we named it Haarpster's Harpy, lemmee look.
Dee777: OK
BARDSQUILL:
HAARPSTER'S
HARPY
Dee777: looking
BARDSQUILL: wonder if it was J002E3
Dee777: it's possible - its really close
BARDSQUILL: thinkin more [hurts more] last week we saw a torp that
grazed the sun but then NASA screwed around with the feed, again, it didn't
xactly kamakazee itself but a
weird ghost image seemed
to fly by, hard to explain, lookin
Dee777: it doesn't make sense that once it is captured, that it leaves again
- that doesn't happen
BARDSQUILL: here, this'n was weird too-- just coupla weeks ago
ORBIT: RED
DWARF
BARDSQUILL: page misnamed
BARDSQUILL: all about a kickbutt torp
Dee777: looking
Dee777: I remember when that happened
Dee777: one of these days, we're going to get knocked on our
fannies
