morning, no kiddin. FRIEND: describe time stretch warp? BARDSQUILL: we did about 30 minutes of sidereal activity and only ten minutes went by. Went to coffee shop which was closed, was 7:30 AM, walked three blocks to pastry shop, I ordered coffee sat down. Then L. decided for chocolate, waited in line for chocolate--took a while. Looked at watch and shop clock, ten minutes had lapsed totally. We all were effected by the weirdness. |

Well, so much for THAT idea--unless something else took place, say, China Lake, elsewhere, or unless the test in June left some type of residue, such as we might have seen in Fallon. I received a letter back from an agent at Berkeley:

Thank you for you inquiry regarding our magnet test. There have been no tests since June and the fringe field of the magnet is at most 5 Gauss a foot outside the magnet and it falls off very rapidly after that. I doubt it could have been responsible for your observations.

I wouldn't discount the Berkeley magnet yet. Just because it wasn't operating at the time doesn't mean there weren't any residual effects. Also, the magnetic field does decrease rapidly as you move away from the magnet, but nobody really knows what the other effects are and how long they last. It might be like throwing a rock out in the middle of a quite lake. The ripples take quite a while to get to shore.
EDITOR: Is there any deeper theory on magnetism? I was reading a paper with an idea towards quantum gravity or a gravitational constant of some kind. So is gravitation more subtle than light and deeper in the warp and woof of phenomenon? And could a 300,000 earthfield magnet do an enduring rip in some deeper matrix?

The trick, of course, is to know it when you see it. Dick Hoagland has just put up this new link. You've gota see it. Might this explain your Berkeley time warp? The artificial gravity effect they refer to in this paper emerges at 1.0T which is a far cry from the 14.7T that the Berkeley contraption loads up. The correlation between gravity and the warping of space-time is pure Einstein and now we have published evidence that artificial gravity is in the can. Bump up the amplitude and bingo....there's your Berkeley time warp. |

If my experience, July 21st, was related we then have another phenomenon to consider: extended or echoed disturbances in space-time. This could be important. I think the key to all of this is something we haven't discovered yet. Any and all observations are so important now. The reason we don't really know what gravity, time, electricity and magnetism are is because we don't pay attention. I think it is very interesting that a scientist would tell you that a device that generates a magnetic field many, many times more powerful than the Earth would only have an effective radius of a few feet. The data may show that to him, but somehow I think he is missing something. We are so close to destroying ourselves, yet I think we are just on the brink of great discoveries. I've struggled to piece this puzzle together, and I'm beginning to realize that the answer lies beyond our conscious mind and more in the area of faith.

Some years ago, a friend who was the best authority on tesla apparatus in my part of the world, disclosed to me, reluctantly, that he had constructed a small unusual shape toroidal former wound with wire in a equally unusual manner. I have been doing this all of my life, but it only works if you don't hurry. I was told that it is part of the dream time. physicist Burkhard Heim.
Protosimplex - Ideas of Burkhard Heim He followed two main lines of work: Field propulsion and a unified quantum theory. His advanced quantum physics incorporates gravity with electromagnetism and is seen to be a way of explaining UFO propulsion by MUFON-CES. He seemed to be a Hawking / Tesla mixture with absolute memory, but rather mistrusting and unwilling to publish findings. As he didn't publish with respected publishers where papers are peer-reviewed before printing, some other scientists like Hawking didn't even want to read his work ("don't want to be searching for mistakes myself") . He experimented to achieve antigravity ("contrabary") field propulsion himself in the late 50s, but switched to more theoretical work as financiers demanded theoretical backing of his experiments. One of his new concepts are "metrons", geometrical quantum units, and his theory seems to give correct values for all elementary particles. Also interested in paranormal phenomena, he wrote a book on "postmortal states" , and also mathematically explained some realms of consciousness. Quote: "This is a bad joke! Science tried to keep belief in paranormal phenomena out of its world view as complete as possible, and now it comes in again through most recent research!". Hi Kent, Last spring I was up near Fallon Navel Base visitin an adjacent Native petroglyph site, Hidden Cave. In the pic you've linked at http://www.aechelon.com/products/imagery/images/fallon.jpg I'd say I was atop the brown foothill dead center. So I 'd climbed up to see more of the base, which you can see in the distance at the bottom right of my pic. Anyway after I developed some shots looking toward the base I see this one where a light beam emanates down from the sun (?), and where it meets eye level you can see it against the rocks, a definite physical image, but of what I'm not sure, two vortexes seem visible in it. It was a clear, hot cloudless day. The black spots visible are just dust from the scanner. Similar Apparition over Eastern Washington Fallon websearch, what th' heck is this? This? AHA! Kent; I've been hoping stuff I see isn't connected, but I'm not sure anymore. Was listening to to NPR on the way to work today. The subject of the show was disease clusters, and more specifically a cluster of childhood Leukemia being investigated in Fallon NV. If the government is testing beam weapons with high EM fields, perhaps citizens are getting hit with sidelobe emissions. The good people of the Centers for Disease Control said they are looking for common environmental affects, not sure they would think to look for elevated EM fields. Almost enough to make a body build Faraday Cage into your house.
It is known that very small vibrations, or in the case of electromagnetic radiation, the modulation frequencies , can have quite deleterious affects on the physiology of the human body. I am referring to such frequencies as found between one and 20 Hz. However this group of discrete oscillations have to be maintained accurate to at least two or three decimal places.
The CIA in the US used this technique to dispell protesters in crowds. Microwave radiation was used and amplitude modulation was employed to cause extreme nausea in the protesters.

Kent: What is going on with Mars? It is currently experiencing a global dust storm, the likes which have not been seen in several years [pic] [http://tes.la.asu.edu/]. However if you check out the MGS TES thermal imaging scans at 90 degrees, you will note what appears to be impacts, eruptions or explosions occurring in the lower hemisphere, marked by star patterns. Is this anomaly created by a fault in the MGS's thermal sensors, if so, why are they primarily clustered only in the lower 90 degree quadrant? |
If these are the results of asteroid impacts, again why are they all clustered so tightly within one quadrant and not strung out around the planet, as was the case with the Shoemaker-Levi, Jupiter encounter. If it is a barrage of asteroid impacts, is Earth next? Could it be a series of huge volcanic eruptions? But why now, when Mars has been largely volcanically dormant for so long? Or... (reaching WAY out there) could it be part of an ongoing process to terraform Mars? The dust in the atmosphere helping to raise the planet's temperature significantly. Finally, there is a new Mars probe currently enroute to further explorer the red planet, which is due to enter Mars orbit this fall. Is this an attempt to block it's view? Possibly some of your sleuths can investigate further to find supporting or dismissive evidence for these questions and get to the bottom of this mystery. Current PlanetoPhysical alterations of the Earth are becoming irreversible. This kind of interstellar space dispersed plasma is presented by magnetized strip structures and striations. The Heliosphere [solar system] transition through this structure has led to an increase of the shock wave in front of the Solar System from 3 to 4 AU, to 40 AU, or more. This shock wave thickening has caused the formation of a collusive plasma in a parietal layer, which has led to a plasma overdraft around the Solar System, and then to its breakthrough into interplanetary domains [5,6]. This breakthrough constitutes a kind of matter and energy donation made by interplanetary space to our Solar System.

Who can help but notice the correlation of the rocket star wars test scheduled for the 14th and the beginning of the China Lake Naval Weapons Ctr earthquakes. These quakes started in my data from USGS at precisely Saturday, July 14th at 14:51 UTC. Yes it is disturbing that the quakes are continuing heavily even though it has been three days since the rocket test. My question is...Is there a continuing manmade cause of these quakes, or did the test of the 14th trigger an unexpected chain reaction of quakes? My concern is just how many manmade quakes does it take to get mother nature going as well? I am concerned that these quakes can rupture the major fault lines in California that lay under the cities. Why is there such silence about this? Anyone heard any news from those living in that region? Am I out of line here? Am I the only one with these concerns?
