Strange Doings in Northern Nevada HI Kent, there have been some rother odd occurances here in the desert west of Fallon Naval base lately. Residents here seem to see more than average number of fireballs descend out here. Howard Hughes used to fly test planes up to here and sometimes his analog flight instruments would go haywire. A coupla’ months ago late at night I saw a large fireball descend vertically down into the mountain range out here. Soon afterward we started seeing vehicles with intermittent flashing lights on top driving around the mountains which are a desolate area, many vehicle tracks where no previous roads existed etc. They appeared to be searching for something. We heard that someone who off-roaded back into the area that he was detained for hours by army personal questioning him about what he had seen. Last week I spotted a convoy of army vehicles going down an access road off Highway 50. The next day we saw military vehicles escorting a semi-truck out across a recently fenced off area of alkali flats into the hills. The day after that we saw a large flatbed truck with Colorado license plates (Norad ?) carrying a large black rock about the size of a compact car on end driving out across these flats, the load appeared so heavy the truck bed sagged in the middle and it could barely move. Since then there have been no more vehicles out driving on the hills. Last Saturday about midnight, (July 4) 3 of us were watching a rather unusual halo around the full moon when we all saw a black triangular craft drifting slowly across the sky to our east towards the Fallon area.
