Obviously, but WHY?

Because of the sun. We have ways of measuring normal solar flare activity, but we miss a whole range of not only frequencies, but inter-dimensional activities that have a direct effect on all transmissions AND all electrical things on Earth, including living organisms. And right now the sun has been outputting incredibly high intensity burst of inverse temporal ionizing scalar waves, which, of course, are being drawn backwards in time from Earth and all the other major planets. In the past, this never used to be a problem, but because of the government weather modification projects relying so much on high-voltage discharges in the upper atmosphere (helped out a little by the colloidial silver they "crop dust" via chemtrails) it´s causing an unusually high degree of interference with many of our more sensitive communications and monitoring systems. If you want to find out more, just look for project code-word combinations of "white," "star," "lanyard," and "Betty." And, of course, if anyone asks you where you got this information, you don´t know.
