6/27/2006 10:39:43 P.M. Pacific Standard Time Hi Kent, I just got back from Seattle and I took this pic very early in the am here in Philadelphia just prior to my departure. The light coming from this light through the clouds was so bright it was almost blinding when I ran to get my camera. This is facing due north from NE Philadelphia. The Sun was still below the horizon to my right at about a 35-45 degree angle from the object. I thought it may be the the sun was catching the tops of some cumulous clouds at first, but this thing was way too bright to be explained that way…
