Sometimes I wish we could sit around a potbelly
stove and tell some improbable tales. Mad-Kento and friends could spin
some real humdingers--tales of Mars and Giza and secret corps scounging the
world for magical devices buried in the sands of time--or marooned aliens
or awakened entities hatching out of stasis!
[The nightwind howls, the stove crackles]
They call themselves Physical Evidence
Acquisition (or PEA), these stealthy teams of agents scouring the world for
magical antediluvian devices, made, evolved, or conjured a long time
ago.
[Rain pelts the window]
At Giza, Sumeria, Yucatan, Ireland,
China there is mining going on, the mining of ancient tech, ancient substances,
things and formulas that really do not belong on earth.
[A clap of thunder and a whispering voice intrudes]

2. Has a compendium of repeat rings ever been compiled?
All radar anomalies, circles only one manifestation,
have been chronicled extensively by Doug Pooley [he has reported them all

Not all are on the Internet, but they are archived nevertheless.
3. Has a discussion about the rings possibly being the trace of
'extra-dimensional' travel taken place?
Briefly, as an aspect of powerful energy, possible
scalar vortices, but the pieces of the puzzle have not been formally put
together. Doug and I have tried to simply compile data for pending research
and theory.
Of course we can't help but form notions. In my opinion
the discussion goes beyond modes of energy, weapons tech, warpjump-travel
into a more unified theory or super-potentiality theory: how and whether
things exist or do not exist in 3D or within the matrix, whatever terminology
